Job Description

All Starlite Travel Consultants will undergo training according to their experience and abilities.  Our systems are simple and quick to learn and you will be shadowed for a period of time by an existing consultant.

For those who have relatively less experience in Travel but great skills in selling, we have Training Academy where you can attend a two week intensive training programme where you  can learn all the necessary skills and abilities.

In return for the dedication you will show, we offer excellent salary and benefits.  We have fixed salary as well salary plus commission and commission only packages.  The precise package will be decided upon appointment.

As a Starlite Travel Consultant, you will be handling customers that you have won over and will be looking after their bookings and future bookings.  The aim is to build a portfolio of customers to whom you can repeat sell to and look after all their Travel Arrangements.

Requirements

Minimum:             12 Months Sales experience in a Fast and Pressurised Call Centre Sales Environment.
Desirable:            12 Months Experience as A Travel Consultant selling direct to customer in a Call Centre Environment
